Windows Server 2012 use a common identity management framework to integrate with public cloud. Efficiency of management is increased by allow full lights-out automation aiming for headless server design. Windows Server 2012 will drive forward, especially in terms of helping IT organizations advance beyond virtualization to build private cloud services.
